Cycling and Zip-Lining

A few minutes from the town center is the 500 Escalones National Park, the walking route preferred by this Magical Town’s inhabitants. You will see the area’s lush vegetation and a rich animal life, and you can enjoy activities such as walking, cycling, bird watching, and of course you can experience the 400-foot tall and 950-foot long zip-line above the Río Blanco, an invigorating experience. The prize awaiting you at the end of the journey is the sight of the Cascada del Elefante (Elephant Waterfall), named for its main stream, approximately 66-foot-tall, which resembles the trunk, and the two rock formations on either side, which resemble its tusks.
