On one side of the Parroquia de Dolores you can hop onto a streetcar that will take you to see some of this city’s most emblematic places. On the journey you will be able to admire baroque buildings from the 18th century such as the Casa de Visitas (The Guest House) or monuments such as the Héroes de la Independencia (Independence Heroes) or the one in honor of José Alfredo Jiménez. Keep going until you get to El Llanito, an Otomí community that is said to be the oldest in the whole of Dolores Hidalgo. Here you will discover sacred sites such as the Cerro del Gusano, a little chapel, and the Cerro de San Antonio del Llanito.
