Head into Panadería La Condesa to try the pan de higo (fig bread) they bake there. You can also try the traditional pan de queso (cheese bread) found in both Chignahuapan and Zacatlán. Its fame has made it not only into one of the best-known foods of the municipality but all of Puebla. You can also find pan de cuelga, which used to be given away as a synonym of commitment.
