Try Mountain Climbing on La Silleta Peak

Walk around half an hour along mountain paths to reach La Silleta peak. Along the way, you can see caves, streams, woods, and if you’re lucky, a deer or wild boar. If you still have time and energy after all this, we dare you to try climbing the region’s most iconic peak. The view from up top is worth it: the Huasteca area spreads out below. It is 15 miles from town, which you can cover in a truck or by taxi. Don’t miss it!
