This business belongs to the Ayala Estrada family: this is a bar that is also a recreation of a company store. In fact, the impressive bar is more than 100 years old and was purpose built. The family collects, sells, and prepares 890 different kinds of beer, national as well as foreign. They do this amongst scales and boxes, dolls, old radios, cameras, irons, rusty keys, objects that once belonged to miners, old telephones and a bicycle ready to forget the world, right on top of the bar. Somebody comes in asking for a “toro rojo” (michelada with clamato) or a “sangrichela” (beer with red wine), while others prefer the flavored beer and choose to spoil themselves with one that tastes like chocolate.
