Real de Catorce’s business activities started in this old square, right in the heart of town. It is the perfect spot to take a stroll and admire the wrought iron gazebo from September 15, 1927 which, incidentally, took the place of a fountain providing drinking water. Around the plaza are a number of businesses, places to get a drink, and guides offering horseback rides.
