El Parián Archway

Just across from the San Francisco de Asís church, on Abasolo street, stands the El Parián archway. Erected in 1866, it was envisioned as a commercial space from the beginning. The many shops located here sell a little bit of everything: medicine, wine, shawls, hats, and cleaning materials.
