This house, a property measuring almost 6,000 square yards, was built in 1846.

The Cultural Center is a dissemination space that any artist, regardless of what kind of art they produce, can request for use. Painters, sculptors, dancers and poets are just a few examples of those who have had the privilege of exhibiting or performing in this space. Theater, music and painting workshops are also imparted here. It has a theater, exhibition space, and auditorium.

This place also boasts a replica of a Sabinosaurus, a previously unknown species of dinosaur, that was discovered in Coahuila.
